    1. Services

    Jiani Construction Ltd. provides residential renovation services including but not limited to custom cabinetry, closet systems, bathroom renovations, complete home renovations, and flooring installation in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

    2. Estimates & Consultations

    Free estimates and consultations are provided without obligation. Final pricing is subject to project scope, materials selected, site conditions, and applicable permits. A written contract will be provided before any work begins.

    3. Project Agreements

    All renovation projects require a signed contract outlining scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Changes to the project scope may result in adjusted pricing and timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Jiani Construction Ltd. reserves the right to pause work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

    5. Warranty

    Jiani Construction Ltd. stands behind its workmanship. Warranty terms are specified in each project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate and subject to manufacturer terms.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Jiani Construction Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Jiani Construction Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by British Columbia law.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
